Public Relations, Minor
What Can I Do with a Minor in Public Relations?
You'll develop excellent written and spoken-language skills, and a working knowledge of news media and communication theory. You'll learn how to design public-relations campaigns, analyze problems, find solutions, and manage communications effectively in a global work environment. You will also be given opportunities to gain workplace experience through internships and on-campus media outlets.
A minor is earned in conjunction with a bachelor's degree.
To receive a minor (18 to 24 units) at Northern Arizona University, you must complete a planned group of courses from one or more subject matter areas with a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.0.
