Description: Making knowledge-based decisions within an enterprise means acquiring clear knowledge, evaluating these data, and organizing and distributing that knowledge to have it readily available when necessary to assist in making the best decision. This course will help students make distinctions and recognize biases when working to answer questions objectively, and offers a variety of tools for making sound knowledge-based decisions.
