Disability Studies
Description: Provides fundamental knowledge of strategies for positioning, mobility, mounting and control interfaces, and the assistive technology tools that are used to enable effective outcomes for persons with disabilities. Throughout the course basic processes, laws, and funding sources that assist in the implementation of assistive technology for positioning, mobility and/or access are addressed.
