Physician Assistant Studies
Description: The course will focus on the general principles of pharmacology and the application of these principles to pharmacotherapeutics and patient care situations. Students will learn the classes of pharmaceuticals with a focus on the mechanisms of action, common side effects, adverse reactions and interactions for the commonly prescribed medications in cardiovascular, EENT, pulmonary, renal, dermatologic, and neurological systems. Letter grade only.
