Justice Studies
Description: This course is designed to provide students with a broad analysis of both historic and contemporary crime control strategies implemented by the police, courts, legislators, and the correctional system. Studies indicating strengths and weaknesses of each strategy are examined. Special approaches outside the criminal justice system are reviewed, as well as juvenile crime issues. Letter grade only.
