Physical Education
Description: This course is a study of developmentally appropriate physical education content for K-6 children as applied through skill themes and movement concepts. Students will apply previously learned effective teaching techniques while teaching large groups of peers and small groups of elementary age students. Students will then analyze, assess, and refine their teaching of skill themes and movement concepts. Advanced analysis of teaching appropriate elementary school physical activities with integrated health concepts. Letter grade only. Course fee required.
