NTS 456C - Nutrition For Community Wellness


Description: This course is the capstone requirement for the Nutrition & Foods degree program. Students will reflect on and synthesize important concepts and skills acquired throughout the Nutrition & Foods degree program by planning, implementing and evaluating a Community Nutrition project. The primary emphasis of this course is to apply the previous knowledge gained from the entire Nutrition & Foods degree program into an actual application project. Letter grade only.
