INF 626L - Applied Bayesian Modeling Lab


Description: Laboratory section that accompanies INF 626. Guided, hands-on experience implementing Bayesian statistical models in JAGS and/or OpenBUGS via R. Emphasizes model building, writing code in JAGS or OpenBUGS, and writing code in R to run prepare data for the JAGS/OpenBUGS models, run the models, and evaluate model output. Letter grade only.
