Innovative Thinking
Description: This course focuses on technical and creative writing around how to best communicate big ideas. The course will utilize writing multiple drafts many different styles of writing. Students in the course will be introduced to grant writing, academic journal articles, creative nonfiction, basic business planning, feasibility planning, and how to write concise and exciting summaries of the work they are doing. Students in the course will write over 30 pages of peer reviewed and edited drafts. Instructor consent required. Letter grade only.
