ESE 576 - Data-based Inquiry And Decision Making

Description: The purpose of this course is to examine systematic data collection and analysis methods used in applied behavior analysis to make informed (data-driven) decisions. Topics include sampling and observation methods, validity and reliability of measurement procedures, and visual analysis of graphed data. Students will learn to interpret and evaluate single-case design research, including comparative, component, and parametric analysis, while assessing for internal and external validity. Letter grade only.
