NUR 362 - Adult Health Nursing Theory II
Description: This required course is taken in the Accelerated students fourth session and builds on foundations NUR 359 with a focus of adult health acute illness. NUR 362 incorporates clinical practice and prevention and integrates critical reasoning and knowledge to provide safe, patient-centered care. This course introduces the accelerated baccalaureate student to common acute disease processes and represents core knowledge to nursing practice. NUR 362 will prepare the student for future nursing practice and care of adults with acute illness. Letter grade only.
