Students will examine the rationale and necessity of securing computer systems and data networks, as well as methodologies for implementing security, security framework & policies, best & current practices, testing security, and incident responses. This course will also take a look at the development and practical installation and configuration of security policies, designs, and software to protect, prevent, and monitor security attacks.
