Description: As a foundational course in the Strategic Leadership program, Management For This Millennium provides students with a baseline understanding of what it requires to manage people and projects. Today's workforce is more diverse, more demanding, more anxious, and more inquisitive, and managing them requires being effective with the right tools and practices. The stresses of management are REAL! Managers are required to be agile and implement and execute small to large projects on an inconsistent basis.This course will introduce students to the most current management practices that provide the best possible organizational outcomes. Students will also gain insights into the Strategic Leadership program and how a stress-free life and mature mindset can lead to greater results and outcomes. Letter grade only.
