LEA 325 - Frontline Leadership In Industrial Organizations I
Description: The purpose of this course is to provide students with a firm grounding in the principles of supervision and frontline leadership in industrial workplace settings. Students will focus on leadership readiness, elements of the fourth industrial revolution and professional responsibility. Leadership assessments to identify skills needing development in addition to activities to integrate occupation specific knowledge with leadership theory as applied to the industrial workplace will be critical elements of this course. Frontline Leadership in Industrial Organizations I is an important component of the Industrial Leadership bachelor's degree program as it prepares students with leadership skills to be successful in today's industrial workplace. Letter grade only.
