Clinical Psychology
Description: This course reviews major cognitive, affective, and motivation theories. Topics include information processing, social cognitive, and situated learning theories, affect, emotion, expectancies, values, goals, and attributions. The interplay between cognition and affect is closely examined in terms of how it relates to learning, decision-making, metacognition, self-regulation, problem-solving, transfer, and conceptual change.
