Description: This course examines employee performance evaluation in the public sector. The course delves into how different systems affect performance and its evaluation. Students will explore different methods of evaluation and select methods to fit different organizations, missions, jobs, and expectations. The course prepares students to make the evaluation process more constructive and beneficial as employees and managers. Letter grade only.
