Description: This course is an introduction to the research and practice of crisis, trauma, and disaster response and prevention. Issues related to the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of individuals in the context of their communities (school and/or larger community) affected by crises, trauma and disasters will be addressed. Letter grade only. May be repeated for up to 6 units of credit with different topics.
