ANT 622 - Anthropological Perspectives On Human Growth And Development

Description: Examines key issues related to human physical growth and development, focusing specific attention on the biological, ecological, cultural, and psychosocial determinants of variation in human ontogeny. A scientific and cross-cultural approach draws on methods and theories from various disciplines, including biocultural anthropology, medical anthropology, evolutionary biology, human physiology, global health, genetics, neuroscience, and medicine.
