Description: This is a course designed to acquaint undergraduate students with helping professions in which counseling dynamics principles are utilized. These include but are not limited to counseling, psychology, and education fields. Contents of the course include history, professional organizations, employment settings, related legislation, and standards of ethical practice. Letter grade only.
