Counseling Dynamics
Description: This course introduces students to documentation practices in Counseling Dynamics and reinforces the legal and ethical standards associated with direct practice in social service and the other interdisciplinary human service settings. Students will have the opportunity to take an in-depth approach to reviewing and applying a variety of documentation skills including intake, assessment, service planning development, record-keeping, continuity of care, follow-up care, confidentiality, coordination, and termination of client care. Letter grade only.
