Description: This course is designed to enhance students' communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective nursing practice. Students will develop effective communication techniques, active listening skills, professional boundaries, and conflict resolution strategies. The course will emphasize the importance of civility, cultural responsiveness, and ethical communication in building positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
