Educational Psychology
Description: This course examines principles of behavioral and learning theories and their application to identify, pursue, and achieve personal goals. Students will engage with evidence-based strategies for initiating and sustaining self-directed change across the affective, behavioral, and cognitive domains. Emphasis is placed on developing practical skills in self-monitoring, goal setting, habit formation, and reflective evaluation, while attending to individual, cultural, ethical, and contextual factors. Letter grade only.
