EPS 550 - Introduction To Human And Community Relations


Description: This course introduces the fundamental principles of human relations, with a focus on the dynamics of interpersonal communication, leadership, and community engagement. You will explore how individuals and groups interact in professional and community settings, and the role of social, cultural, and psychological factors in shaping those relationships. The course emphasizes the importance of reflective practice, enabling you to critically examine your own interactions and develop strategies for fostering positive, inclusive relationships across diverse communities.
