Nutrition Science
Description: This course is the capstone requirement for the Nutrition and Foods degree program. Students will reflect on and synthesize important concepts and skills acquired throughout the Nutrition and Foods degree program by planning, implementing and evaluating a Community Nutrition project. The primary emphasis of this course is to apply the previous knowledge gained from the entire Nutrition and Foods degree program into an actual application project. Letter grade only.
