Educational Psychology
Description: This course provides a comprehensive foundation in assessment theory and practice within the counseling profession, including psychometric principles of assessment; assessment selection and evaluation; ethical and multicultural considerations; and the administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized and non-standardized measures, with emphasis on their application to diagnosis, treatment planning, referral, and consultation in clinical and school based contexts. Letter grade only.
