ET 414 - Semiconductor Manufacturing

Description: Introduction of concepts and skills for semiconductor manufacturing, which includes a comprehensive introduction to the processes common to all integrated-circuit (IC) technologies that scientists and engineers need. Topics include semiconductor physics, device building blocks, transistors, negative resistors and power devices, photonic devices, and sensors. Letter grade only.
