AST 233L - Experimental Techniques For Laboratory Research

Description: The purpose of this class is to give students hands-on experience to develop skills that would be useful to a variety of laboratory research. These skills will be useful for a range of undergraduate and post-graduate research opportunities. This will include topics such as learning basic machining, electronics, vacuum techniques, data analysis, as well as use of general equipment. Pass/Fail only.
