Description: This course is designed to explore how Indigenous culture is interconnected with the hospitality and tourism industry. This is accomplished by having foundational knowledge of Indigenous Peoples history and culture, acknowledging how Indigenous culture and the industry has influenced one another, and how we can apply this information to be better partners with Indigenous Peoples.
