Description: This course introduces a systems-based exploration of well-being within healthcare environments, drawing on interdisciplinary perspectives from nursing, public health, and positive psychology. Students examine how individual behaviors, team dynamics, and organizational structures interact to shape professional well-being, resilience, and performance across varied clinical and non-clinical settings. Emphasis is placed on developing skills in reflective practice, emotional regulation, communication, and psychological wellbeing to support sustainable professional practice. Letter grade only.
