CSD 652 - Voice And Resonance Disorders: Assessment And Treatment


Description: Disorders of related mechanisms resulting from vocal misuse and abuse, paralysis, trauma, resonance, laryngectomy, and psychogenic factors. Anatomical and physiological bases, assessment, diagnosis, management and interdisciplinary aspects. Letter grade only. Course fee required. Prerequisite: Successful completion of an anatomy and physiology of the speech mechanism course and admission to the CSD graduate program.
