Description: Disorders of related mechanisms resulting from vocal misuse and abuse, paralysis, trauma, resonance, laryngectomy, and psychogenic factors. Anatomical and physiological bases, assessment, diagnosis, management and interdisciplinary aspects. Letter grade only. Prerequisite: Successful completion of an anatomy and physiology of the speech mechanism course and admission to the CSD graduate program.
