CENE 225 - Engineering Analysis

Description: Students will be introduced to some of the most common kinds of statistical and probability analysis problems found in their upper division course work, and eventually the engineering workplace. Students will be introduced to and then analyze problems typically found in engineering: graphical and numerical descriptive statistics; discrete and continuous random variables/distributions; probability, descriptive and inferential statistics; sampling error; experimental design; hypothesis testing and regression; curve fitting and correlation. Letter grade only.
