JLS 232 - Basic Editing

Description: Introduces students to the editing skills needed to work professionally in many disciplines, especially in many fields related to professional communication. It covers technology, the basics of grammar and style, the interaction of word and image, and the ethics of working with writers and covering stories fairly and completely. Letter grade only. Course fee required.
