PM 588 - Project Scheduling And Control


Description: Basic principles of project scheduling and control with resource allocation and management. Project control methods principally through earned value management principles and practices. CPM, PERT, Gantt scheduling with the identification of critical path and resulting floats. Resource leveling, compression, and network adjustments. Computer applications using packaged routines. Cross-listed with EGR 588. Instructor consent required. Letter grade only.
