PAS 327 - The Politics Of Budgeting


Description: This course examines public budgeting in the context of its political, institutional, and procedural dimensions. While emphasizing the political implications of the budgetary process, this course presents an overview of budgetary reforms, budget theories and techniques and comparative perspectives of federal, state and local budgeting in the United States. Letter grade only.
