Description: This course provides the knowledge and practice in developing essential leadership skills. These include vision/planning, decision making, communication, interpersonal/group skills, power/style, culture/climate, issue and conflict resolution, motivation, change, and evaluation. This course cannot be used to fill program requirements in the Master of Business Administration. Letter grade only.
