ADM 655 - Leading Diverse Organizational Cultures


Description: This course examines the role leadership plays in shaping the structure and functions of diverse organizational cultures. The course compares and contrasts interdisciplinary leadership concepts, perspectives, and theories to help students apply conceptual material to practical organizational challenges arising from diverse working styles. This course cannot be used to fill program requirements in the Master of Business Administration. Letter grade only.
