MAT 185 - Functions, Applications, And Explorations


Description: This course is an in-depth study of topics in secondary school mathematics. Emphasis is on modeling with linear, exponential, trigonometric, and logistic functions: curve fitting; discrete and continuous models. Other topics include parametric and polar equations, linear and matrix algebra, regression aspects of statistics, and growth and decay exponential models. Letter grade only.
