MAT 285 - Functions, Algebra, And Applications

Description: This course is an in-depth study of topics in secondary school mathematics. Emphases are on linear, exponential, trigonometric, and logistic functions; and an introduction to teaching algebra in grades 6-12. Other topics include parametric equations, linear and matrix algebra, regression aspects of statistics, and growth and decay exponential models. Letter grade only.
