BA 642 - Decision Modeling & Simulation


Description: This course is designed to build the decision-making abilities of non-accounting MBAs. Students will consider the managerial implications of organizational issues as they plan, lead, organize, and control day-to-day operations. Students will learn modeling and project management skills, and will be able to apply those skills as they work in teams on a business operations simulation. Letter grade only.
