Physician Assistant Studies
Description: This required four-week general surgery rotation will provide participation in the evaluation, care and management of patients within the surgical setting as a member of the surgical team. The rotation provides pre- and post-operative evaluation, care and intra-operative experience in the operating room setting. Student will work under the supervision of a Program-determined preceptor or his or her designee(s). Letter grade only. May be repeated for up to 8 units of credit.
