Description: Students will examine current problems in healthcare financing and delivery. Social, economic and political forces that shaped and continue to influence the system are traced. Students will compare and contrast the healthcare system in the US with systems in industrialized and developing nations. Analysis covers current trends in healthcare and prospects for the future.
