Description: A client-centered approach to facilitating healthy lifestyles; this course offers opportunities to gain skills necessary for helping others include physical activity and nutrition into their daily lives. Additionally, students will gain knowledge and skill in motivational interviewing and other techniques for facilitating positive lifestyle change in others. Letter grade only.
