Description: This course provides students with practical insight into the rules of evidence that govern how evidentiary items are collected, processed, and presented in course. Emphasis is placed on the trial process, hearsay, documentary evidence, qualification of witnesses, and the impact of the U.S. Constitution on the admissibility of evidence. Letter grade only.
