JUS 215 - Drugs And Society


Description: This course introduces students to drugs from a criminal justice perspective. Focus is placed on how chemical substances affect our minds and our bodies, as well as the negative impact drug use has on society as a whole. The course also explores the relationship between drugs and crime, and outlines legal and social approaches that have been used to combat drug use. Letter grade only.
