Description: This course will facilitate understanding of how to lead, advocate, and manage for the application of innovative responses to organizational challenges. Emphasis is on the development and evaluation of care delivery approaches that meet the needs of vulnerable populations by enhancing effective and efficient health care, quality improvement, and patient safety.
