Description: This course is an introduction to the traditional techniques and processes used in the making of Handmade Books. The student will be introduced to and shall gain experience in the technical aspects of bookmaking. The student will also acquire an understanding of the history of books and the art of contemporary handmade bookmaking. Letter grade only. Course fee required.
