Description: Scientists in many disciplines are increasingly called upon to explain and interpret their work to nonspecialists ranging from journalists and policymakers to the general public. This 1-unit seminar will allow students in a variety of disciplines to experience an intensive, hands-on introduction to effective strategies for communicating science. Letter grade only.
