Description: Using satellite imagery as visual evidence of environmental changes, this course surveys human impacts on major ecosystems and the implications for sustainability. This course is Part 1 in providing and integrated understanding of current environmental issues by first examining global environmental changes, the context in which change take place and the natural and anthropogenic perturbations and responses involved.
