Description: Critical thinking skills are required in this course to formulate and cultivate ideas to enhance an enterprise's customer relationships. Students will design and develop a software application for a business of their choosing, which is centered on the needs of the customer. No programming experience is required. The completed CRM product design will be ready to be coded. Letter grade only.
